~ Beypointer ~

~ Advanced Information ~

The Beypointer's goal is to record the points you will have accumulated during battles. Every Beypointer starts with 1000 points, and usually only 10 points can be gained everytime. When two bladers have beybattled, both connect their Beypointers and the one who lost gives the other 10 of his points. For instance, if both players had 1000 points at the beginning of the match, at the end, one would have 990 points and the other, 1010. 

(Due to current circumstances, the rest only applies to Japanese bladers.)
There are also other modes for the Beypointer: Event, and Password. The first case is when a beyblader connects their Beypointer to an official Bey Ta machine; through games and different levels, they will win Beypoints that will directly be transferred to the Beypointer. The Event mode will also probably be the one used for the Metal Fight Beyblade DS video game. 
The mode called 'Password' can be accessed when special passwords, consisting of numbers, are published either in magazines, in official events, etc. 

All of those means to get points can get you special prizes in Japan.
