Genbu/Draciel

Max got his Draciel randomly : he wore a necklace that had been his mother's (grandmother in the dub) during his battle against Kai in the Japanese championship. His beyblade got sent out of the stadium and hit him right on that necklace. When he saw that both it and his beyblade were broken, he had to find a solution quickly if he did not want to be disqualified : that was when he noticed the Bit Chip that had seemingly fallen from the pendant. He discovered it was a Holy Beast : Draciel.

Draciel focuses mostly on defense, like a turtle. It controls water and therefore most of Max's attacks in G Revolution are tidal waves.

'Genbu' is the name of the Holy Beast : it means 'black turtle'.
